At Ben's Appliances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new appliance doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Appliance

  Ensure the unit is clean, disconnected, and placed back in its original packaging including all manuals, hardware, and protective materials.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  For large appliances, we will coordinate a professional pickup from your home; smaller items can be shipped back using the provided prepaid label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the appliance's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
