What are your delivery and installation options?
We offer standard curbside delivery as well as professional white-glove installation. Our certified technicians can hook up your new refrigerator, oven, or laundry unit and haul away your old appliance for a small additional fee.
Do all appliances come with a warranty?
Yes, every appliance sold at Ben's Appliances includes a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty. We also offer extended protection plans that cover parts and labor for up to five years.
What is your return policy for large appliances?
You can return unused appliances in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that installed or used appliances are subject to a restocking fee unless they are found to be defective.
Do you offer financing for major purchases?
We provide several flexible financing options, including interest-free periods for qualified buyers, to help make your home improvement projects more affordable.
How do I track my delivery status?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via email. Our dispatch team will also call you 24 hours before delivery to provide a specific 4-hour arrival window.
